The Child Foundation received 92%, earning a four-star rating. A number of beacon scores, including 85% Accountability & Finance, 10% Leadership & Adaptability, and 5% Culture & Community, are used to calculate the final score. However, there are some issues with Child Foundation, such as its outdated financial reporting and accountability.A national nonprofit organization called The Child Find of America offers free, expert services to stop child kidnappings and settle parental disputes. These services include parenting education, crisis intervention, and referral services, in addition to legal advocacy. Child Find of America also provides a risk-free, private environment.

An independent, nonprofit organization called the Children’s Medical Research Foundation provides funding for medical studies to treat sick children. Its goal is to promote medical research and advance scientific understanding in order to improve the health of children and their families. The foundation has been operating since 1995, and its assets are managed by a committed executive management team.

Additionally, the company is the main donor to the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago’s Stanley Manne Children’s Research Institute. Only a small number of facilities nationwide concentrate on pediatric medical research, including this one. A continuation of the hospital’s Healthy Communities program, it also houses the Patrick M. Magoon Institute for Healthy Communities.

Susie Buffett, daughter of Warren Buffett, fights for children and those in need. Her Sherwood Foundation has helped her achieve a number of objectives. She supported numerous children’s causes, including the construction of two Educare Centers in Omaha, the facilitation of a land exchange between educational institutions and museums, and more.

A nonprofit organization based in Washington, D.C., The Children’s Defense Fund is dedicated to the study and advocacy of children. Marian Wright Edelman established it in 1973. It focuses on and works to advance the rights of children from birth through adolescence.

Children with life-threatening illnesses can have their wishes fulfilled by the nonprofit Make-A-Wish Foundation. This grant program is open to kids with life-threatening illnesses between the ages of two and eighteen. For a small donation, they can fulfil their wish and receive a special gift. Western New York State’s 17 counties are served by the foundation.
